- We are focused on listening, and delivering an investment solution that works for you
- This means we bring a flexible approach to the structure and hold period (for example, we don't need to sell in 3-5 years)
- We will consider both majority and minority (>25%) equity positions

What are we looking for?
To invest $20-$100m to purchase a 25-100% interest
If partnering, then partners who are genuinely committed to working together
Businesses that are profitable and cash generative or that can demonstrate a pathway to profitability
Businesses that can support an annual dividend (even if this cashflow is reinvested in growth)
When do we get involved?
Buyout
- You are looking to sell 100% of the company (or close to it)
- You are looking for a good custodian for your business and your team
Partnership
- You are looking for a partner to help take your business to the next level
- You are looking for capital to grow, or to de-risk yourself by selling down your ownership of the company
- You are looking to retain a material ownership stake in the company
- We will always invest alongside 'expert heroes', our operating partners who have been in your shoes
