Aspire2 Acquires Kallibr Training

This bolt-on acquisition, completed on the back of strong performance from Aspire2’s core New Zealand operations, represents a key milestone in building a trans-Tasman vocational education platform.
The transaction marks Aspire2’s formal entry into Australia, establishing an immediate presence across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. It also reflects a core pillar of River Capital’s original investment thesis: expanding Aspire2 into the Australian market through targeted acquisitions of high-quality operators.
